I'm a little confused about MT2523G description. I'm trying to understand - is there 3G modem in a SOC or not. On this page is written that SOC has MT6280, but on all other sources I can not find confirmation of this.
In any case, even if there is no modem in the SOC, where you can find examples of integration MT6280 and MT2523 and get at least some documentation about this modem?
As I understand, experts from Mediatek do not read this forum and doesn't make sense to wait an answer? Is there any other way to get feedback?
MT2523G by itself doesn't have the 3G modem in it. If a MT2523G based application needs a 3G modem, it can integrate the MT6280 for 3G connectivity. However, the information about the integration of the MT6280 3G modem with the MT2523G is only available to the SLA customers.
Today i've got two answers with some limitation for "special customers" - so where i can read about this customer types, prices etc.?
StephenS - in this case, is there a product development plan in place to include LTE connectivity for IOT applications for the MT2523 product family? This is a pretty well needed use case (and competition is claiming they have it!)
I heard that module maker (mobiletek) has 6280 module solution for 2523G.
Hello, I have the same issue about integration MT6280 modem to MT2523G chipset.Do anybody know how it make? How can I get SLA certificate?Have anybody the datasheet on MT6280 modem chip?
I need documents (datasheet, technical brief, etc.) for MT6280, but somehow, couldn't find it on MediaTek website. Can anyone share MT6280 related documents with me ?
Thank you in advance.
