That is not possible as far as i know. The device uses openwrt as its operating system, and the version used for the device is compiled with drivers for the specific hardware, most notably is the wifi driver.
Unless you added another user, the only user is root. there is no need to use sudo.
apt-get is a debian/ubuntu command. openwrt use opkg as its package manger.
